What do you mean by Piping Estimates? Do you mean how much will cost to install pipes in a certain project? or How much time you need to install certain no. of pipes with differnet kind of diameters? ..
If you mean price estimating, it is very easy. You have to calculate how many pipes you shall install, how many joints you have for every diamater and SCHD. no. each shift, how many MH (Man Hour) will you consume for every welding joint, what are the machines needed (Deiesel Welding Machines, Grinders, Air Compressors, Blasting Machine, and Painting facilities), how much consumables you shall use (this depends on the techinique you will use for welding WPS), and how much material you need (Bill of Material). After you obtain all these points you can know how much exactly each joint will cost.
